Don’t ever go to this location. I wish I can rate 0 for this brand. Bank teller name Destiny and Arelete( Spanish lady) at this location really rude to all the customers. They didn’t wanna serve customer, ignore customer , joking in the back , wear head phone during serve customer. Anytime ask for separate the receipt or envelope, always get the answer no ( don’t u see we busy, even no customer in the line) . I called complain online so many time, still no action at this location.
I recently had fraud activity on one of my accounts. I didn’t feel comfortable speaking with a banker over the phone to issue a new card. I work in Memorial City so I stopped by to get a new card issued. This location helped me have piece of mind thank you Josh & Ms. Martin.
Mayra was very professional and kind. She assisted us with all of our needs in an efficient manner. We were so happy working with her. But I do have to say the teller stations are often difficult to operate.
The tellers in the drive through are super nice and courteous. Very professional. The rest of the workers,including the banker have never made an effort to introduce themselves.The tellers get the five stars.
Worst experience ever. I had an appointment at 1:00 with Steve Garcia; he called me 15 mins prior to my appointment ment to confirm it. I arrived at 12:47 and wait him. He came out to me after 16 min and said that he is busy right now and I have to wait. I asked him “is that how you treat your new clients?”. He replied rudely: “YES”. He was very rude and unprofessional; I would not recommend to get an appointment with him at all.
