I been coming to this place for over 30 years, I have member ship here as well they have great rates and especially customer service. I want to give recognition to Nadia Reyes for really going above and beyond to help me in a situation that I was in….really appreciate all she done for me. Thank you again for all your help.
I went to the SSFCU service center on Hwy 90 for guidance with a POA, a loan application and investment advice. Lupita Alva assisted me and was extremely patient, very thorough and helped me accomplish everything I came in to do. She made the entire process much easier than I expected it would be. She definitely exceeded any expectations I may have had when I came to the credit union! Awesome customer service.
