Best overall experience I’ve had a pawn shop. Came in and gave me a great deal on my husbands garage TV. Ashley was super helpful. Even helped me understand what mounts worked great with it!!
Literally stood there for 10 mins not one single employee came up to me if I needed help and I’ve bought things off of them in the past! This new crew they have here sucks I liked when they had their old crew their old crew was attentive to the customers and wanted to make a sale!
My husband and l are regular shoppers; me for jewelry and he for musical equipment or firearms. Ashley is professional, courteous, and never rushes our browsing. Can always count on good service with Ashley.
Talk about customer service. Have gone several times, and requested Zach! He’s kind, patient as I looked at multiple items, good conversationalist, and applied zero pressure. A great associate. It’s hard to find good and hardworking people nowadays, so when I do see that I had to call it out. Meant to leave this review weeks ago, but never forgotten!
Went in to action pawn and upon entry was greeted by rep Jamie, was very courteous. And helped us with selections and purchases. Very nice fellow!. Easy to deal with.
