The employee Charles was very professional and courteous. He didn’t try to low-ball and gave a fair deal for some items I was selling. I recommend this place if strapped for cash and needing to pawn or sell your items. You won’t be disappointed.
My husband bought 4 carat diamond earrings, white gold for $3000 and when I had them appraised they were less than $400 and the diamonds had a lot of inconclusive only two diamonds out of both pairs were good and the rest were cracked and black spots. I no diamonds don’t crack unless under heat and pressure! Now we are going to be seeking legal action. They have no business pricing jewelry!
They charge full price for used items at this location and Everytime there was something wrong with them. I bought a Skullcandy Bluetooth speaker. It never played through a song. Literally just had to pay the taxes to get one brand new. Bought a few things and they where cheaper at Walmart. Google the price before you buy anything from this store. Other locations are great for the buyer. This one is god for the seller……..
Helpful and courteous. Every once in a while I find a nice little treasure. A set of Sony headphones for 5 bucks today! Gotta love it! The only thing is, you might have to wait for a while before they get around to opening a locked display. Kinda slow.
