Great experience pawning my items here. Having a really good history with pawning and redeeming my items goes a long way, as they tend to loan me a higher amount than usual. Or at least they do as much as they can. It is, after all, a pawn shop/business and giving out less than what an item is worth is how they stay afloat. But this store in particular will help you out as much as possible and that has made a loyal customer out of me. Vanessa, the manager, is very knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service has definitely improved from previous years and I’m very glad it has.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences and fair pricing. I try to stop by the store anytime I’m in the area. It’s one of my go to pawnshops for tools and musical equipment. Employees are always helpful and kind. In my top 3 stores for sure. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, was welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in. Jorge also helped me find exactly what I needed and Chelsea helped me out with the price. Excellent experience. Unlike EZ pawn… but that’s a review for another day.

I thought VERY HIGHLY of this place initially but they basically kick you while you’re down apparently, POLITELY…SAVAGE. Because I’ve lost items that were near and dear to me in the past, having pawned and unable to retrieve in time before being lost for good, I now have “a history” and it’s “not the best”. They view ‘pawned and not recovered’ items as negative somehow, despite having paid out less and having kept items never intended to be permanently lost, so CUSTOMERS GET PAID LESS FOR items PAWNED, and if you lose it, THEY GAIN MORE, but then YOU LOSE AGAIN!! Because at some unknown time in the future, if you try to pawn something, they’ll try to convince you to SELL it for not much more than the pawn offer. The GREED and SAVAGERY here is mind blowing. I got that they’re trying to be SUPER SAVAGE by offering jack for pawns and tacking on crazy interest in hopes to capitalize off of the expected interest returns once recovered but to act as though they didn’t make out like bandits still by offering jack for pawns then keeping the unrecovered items to sell isn’t also a win, thus penalizing customers who may have as many repeats as they do items and opportunities with the belief and intention to recover but even if they failed every single time to recover their item, the customer still loses on having to pawn their valued possessions to begin with maybe lose again if they lose it permanently but then eventually, Cash America is going to try to encourage the customer SELL outright with an offer less for what I’ve pawned it for before elsewhere. Bottom line is they eventually PUNISH CUSTOMERS who have a history of believing in their ability to recover their valued possessions yet who may have been unable to because their selfless character doesn’t allow them to let others suffer so they continue to pawn their possessions believing every time that they will find a way to overcome the cycle. Some items have been recovered, some lost. But how insensitive and disconnected Cash America must be to OFFER LESS THAN AVERAGE for PAWNS if your history is considered “not good”. My interpretation: “We paid you jack to begin with. You ended up losing your valuable possession which allows us to maximize profit margin between paid out at pawn price point and our expected sale price point but because you didn’t allow us to make our GINORMOUS interest rate gains, now we’re going to offer you even less in the future unless you allow us to offer you a dollar above the bottom to take it off your “not a good history” having hands right away. I didn’t even understand how history at a pawn shop could be good or not unless we’re talked stolen goods or whatever. Mad DISAPPOINTED in this spot and practice and perhaps I’m just naive in all of this but someone needs to bring back some respect and humanity into the fold. It ain’t easy accepting the loss of valuables you intended to recover but y’all can get wrecked lookin’ at these hits as something to further degrade one’s deserving of a PROPER AND AVERAGE/FAIR ******P A W N *****OFFER**** Mad disgraceful. Y’all still make out when you pay out pawn price and keep the valuables in the end. Stop the madness.
