Extremely unprofessional and quite possibly the worst customer service from Frank and Leslie. Mostly Frank. Leslie appeared as if she didn’t even want to be there. Some items don’t have prices on them so if you’re looking for video games, be prepared to make an offer. Even when you make an offer, be prepared for a rejection without a counter offer. When I asked where their pricing comes from, Frank said, “…several websites.” I asked, “What about 007: Everything or Nothing [Players Choice], with water-damage for 80 bucks?”, he simply stated, “Yup”. These same games have been sitting in that display case for literal months. Don’t even get me started on NES Karate Kid for $40. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I went in today looking for a really good deal on a PS4 and I found it! Frank was knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions and overall amazing. He helped me pick out a great console and was willing to bargain with me on a few of the games. He cleaned up the console and set it up nicely in a cool little gift bag. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great deal and exceptional service. Thanks again Frank!!
Sold me a dsl camra for 240$ on the 22 Oct. Did not offer th we protection plan. So you got 24hrs to return. But it did not have a battery or a cable to charge.no way to turn it on to test. And even Amazon couldn’t get the missing battery in time. In short I’m out 240$
Advice to you..make them turn it on before you buy because they are no better then the thieves they potentially buy from.
When I entered the E-Z Pawn on Nogalitos my expectations were lowered due to poor previous pawn shop experiences. However when searching for a much needed used weed whacker, I finally found the place I was looking for. I was greeted by Leslie, whose customer services skills were unparalleled and her mere presence lit up the room around her. Her EXPERT, first hand knowledge of used lawn power tool equipment was essential in my purchase. Thank you to Leslie and EZ Pawn, I will definitely be coming back again!
