I can’t personally rate this bank. But I did notice that Catherine’s negative review was the newest review. Most of the reviews are 4 to 5 years old. I haven’t noticed a lot of traffic going to this bank. It is a beautiful building…but doesn’t seem to be too busy. That is not aleays a good look for a bank. I am going to research this bank more and see if I become a regular customer. I drive by it all the time.
I’m sure Jefferson Bank is a fine bank, I don’t know, I don’t have an account there – I’m giving five stars for the giant nickel out front, I tell ya, I’ve always loved that gosh darn giant nickel, it’s iconic Roadside Americana!
Open an account a few days ago… Deposit a check and sent a zelle out same day got a called about fraud nothing mager till i deposit another check with teller everything is good I come back to pull money out since zelle has a limit and Cyndi Gray out of no were assumed it was a fraud and has the aduasity to reverse the check that had already clear in my bank account…A second later after she did that my online got disabled and i had to call it in, such an inconveniente, this was uncalled for…

Worst experience ever, do no bank here, I open an account at this location to use zelle and make online purchases. Instantly got my account flagged down and blocked the worst hassle ever. Called to get it fixed and Olivia from the fraud deportment told me “having zelle is a privilege” and because I used it often they will permanently block it. Then she wanted me to be very specific who and why was I using zelle… Like, why do I need to discuss my personal transactions with you… Definitely closing the account down, I rather drive a few minutes down the street to Wells Fargo
