Total crooks. Went to store to get advertised speakers . They had no means to test, so offered a lower price to take them “as-is”. Clerk agreed and so I had my money all ready on the table. Then, she goes in back room and tells me manager would not let them go unless I paid full price. Tried to get me to spend an additional $25 so some warranty.
These people are outright dishonest crooks. Avoid as all costs. They are trying to tell me that they take these speakers in on either pawn or sale and THEY don’t test them?
What a joke this place is.. Best case scenario was at the clerk made a mistake. What kind of a business makes the customer pay for an employee error? I’ll tell you what type of business a business that is totally dishonest and run by people that are crooks. Out of all the reviews ive ever left , this place is BY FAR the worst business ive ever encountered. SMUG emplyees ..one so called manager called me “Boss” when he said take it or leave it after they reneged on my cash offer ..instead charging me FULL price…a PAWN SHOP that wont negotiate? Haha..they instead size you up worse than the most nightmarish used car dealer. Disgraceful is an understatement. AVOID THIS PLACE!

This pawn shop is top notch. They are patient and take the time to let you know why they won’t accept particular items. They are also very fair with their pricing whether buying or selling. Thank you for making my day!
The staff are all painfully stupid. Like I kind of want to get a job here just to make a YouTube channel filming the pathetic day to day lives of these employees. Then at the end of their shifts they go home to their offspring, which they shouldn’t even be legally allowed to have, given that the world would certainly be better off with less of these types of people. Cash America Pawn? Should be called Trash America Spawn. I should buy out this business just to fire each of them individually. But surely the place is in debt, and I don’t want to own a place that’s teetering on the edge of a liquidation sale. Do yourself a favor a sell your stuff on ebay instead. Cut out these middlemen and you’ll get a better price. You’re welcome.
Usually when I come in I have to stand there for some time before getting help while the workers and managers chat and play on their phones. They give false information when they want you to put things on layaway and then when you try to take it out change it up. Maybe they don’t train their workers correctly to be professional and give correct information it reflects on the poor management. Only because I have a couple of things on layaway is that I will do business with them but after that they will lose a valuable customer and the entire family. Stay away.
