Is anyone having problems with their card,it’s seems that every time I Go to HEB, and I’m paying ,it gets declined, for bad reading, but if I go anywhere else it works just fine, any suggestions, thanks
It’s no wonder this place has a 2 star review. it needs to be zero star. The manager here is racist and incompetent. my experience here was poor and I was treated with the outmost disrespect and even publicly embarrassed as I watched them treat every black person who walked in while I was there. Of course they were very polite the to Spanish speaking customers but rude to black customers. The bank manager is rude
spoke to Guillermo who initially helped me start the process and he was very friendly and attentive to my questions. he helped me get approved in less than the hour. i came into the office and got helped by Jessica who was also very nice and friendly and fast with finishing up the process. 10/10, recommend.
