Don’t go here to pawn or sell jewelry. They do not know jewelry well and will probably lowball you. I came here after being offered 1,000$ for a 10k gold Cuban chain. Only came to see if they would offer me more. But instead I was told my chain is fake and filled with bronze. I immediately went elsewhere to have my chain acid tested. Two other pawn shops confirmed it’s indeed legit 10k no bronze or anything else was found. Passed an acid test flawlessly TWICE at separate pawn shops. It was a hollow Monaco chain which makes this more ridiculous because even other pawn shops said why would anyone manufacture a hollow chain that’s filled with bronze, it just wouldn’t make sense. Just posting this because it was a bit embarrassing being told my chain was not real. And they also filed the hell out of my chain during testing. I personally recommend Cash America Pawn. They offered me 1000$ other pawn shops only offered around 500$ or so. And once I called in to tell them other shops said they was mistaken, the MANAGER gave me attitude and wouldn’t admit their faults. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t go here to pawn jewelry. They don’t know what they are doing with jewelry at all.

In my 10 years in the jewelry business I’ve never had the unfortunate experience of meeting someone in sales I didn’t like. The young red haired guy should find another job, hire someone with actual customer service in the future. Entitled people should not be in sales.
Pretty decent selection from jewelry, watches, guns and rifles, knives and Gerbers, tools and tv’s . Nice selection of guitars and home audio. Computers and collectors items. Designer purses and handbags.
The manager Rene doesn’t even look up the item before giving you a price he throws a random number then gives the same excuse “we won’t be able to sell this” even for great/mint condition items and doesn’t even look you in the eye while he talks bad business here
