Great place! Laptops priced too high, Love all the guitar selection!! They sell everything, albums, sun glasses, ear plugs, jewelry, amps, guitars, laptops, friendly staff, I like their bike selection!!
Trashy place with trashy workers. The women there are the only ones with good customer service. The men just like to smack their sausage suckers and think everything people bring in is stolen and will make rude assumptions in front of you while trying to low ball you. This pawn shop needs to be shut down before something serious happens because of the guys. Never will they have my business again.
I just swing by to pick up an Xbox series S, and was greeted awesomely by the employees. I had a really good interaction with every single employee there. They were very helpful and was able to get me the game system for an awesome price. A lot of company’s should take note from these employees how to treat customers, right. I would definitely make the trip to come back again to buy. Keep up the good work this is what customer service is all about. Thank you.
The blonde lady that works there just tried to scam me. I took in a 4.5 gram 14k gold rope chain with a separate pendant. Her first offer was 60$, then she said she could probably stretch it to MAYBE 75$. Then after telling her I wasn’t interested in the offer, cause I needed a certain amount for a bill. She says that she’ll help me out cause I’m a new customer and I need the money, so she offers 100$ Trying to make me think that she’s over paying for it. When in reality she’s not even offering me 25% of what they can easily sell it for. Went to Cash America and got 200$ without having to haggle and fight for a decent offer.
Poor customer service the guys seems kind of blah being there. He made an offer which I accepted and then was like “where’s the charger” which I had right there. Then he told me there was another charger and I just found the product page on the ABT website for the product and it only has the charger I supplied… I’ll just use the MBP website to sell my camera just Google it
