Great customer service! I pawned my 65″ Roku TV and they offered a fair loan amount. While I was waiting in line I noticed great deals on PS5, apple airpods and even old collector comic books. When I went back to pay the loan and retrieve my TV the 2 guys there carried it out and put it in the truck for me. I have had bad experiences with pawn shops not taking care and damaging customers items. Alamo pawn and jewelry took excellent care of my TV it works and looks like it did when I pawned it. Great place! Laptops priced too high, Love all the guitar selection!! They sell everything, albums, sun glasses, ear plugs, jewelry, amps, guitars, laptops, friendly staff, I like their bike selection!!
I just swing by to pick up an Xbox series S, and was greeted awesomely by the employees. I had a really good interaction with every single employee there. They were very helpful and was able to get me the game system for an awesome price. A lot of company’s should take note from these employees how to treat customers, right. I would definitely make the trip to come back again to buy. Keep up the good work this is what customer service is all about. Thank you.
Paid $70 for a red diesel watch.. battery was dead when i bought it.. took it to a jeweler to have a new battery put in and the hands don’t wind all the way like they are supposed to so you can’t even set the time on it.. won’t even allow me to exchange for a different one.. will not be doing business with them ever again!!
The blonde lady that works there just tried to scam me. I took in a 4.5 gram 14k gold rope chain with a separate pendant. Her first offer was 60$, then she said she could probably stretch it to MAYBE 75$. Then after telling her I wasn’t interested in the offer, cause I needed a certain amount for a bill. She says that she’ll help me out cause I’m a new customer and I need the money, so she offers 100$ Trying to make me think that she’s over paying for it. When in reality she’s not even offering me 25% of what they can easily sell it for. Went to Cash America and got 200$ without having to haggle and fight for a decent offer.
