Awesome staff! Cristian helped me and my wife out very well with our items and pricing. All of the prices they offered were fair and reasonable. Would 100% recommend coming here for all of your buying and selling!
Excellent selection of items. Friendly & very helpful staff. Great management. I had some issues with other locations but this location is awesome & i will continue to come here.
No wonder why they don’t have any customers in this location. When i went in there was one customer complaining and two employees. The third one was out side smoking.Their customer service is poor and prices are ridiculous hight. 80% of their items aren’t worth what they sell them for. I took my ring and this dude bent my ring while he was checking it .Once i realized he started laughing. People this is a bad place to go buy and pawn. I just don’t understand why is this location still running… i feel bad for the owner.. The place is basically with zero customers and only 3 employees. I live in-front of that pawnshop and everyday not a single fly stays there.. To bad i cant give no negative 1,000 stars in my review.
Tried calling them to ask for a last minute hold on overdue item and they didn’t even answer phone from 7:10. They supposedly close at 7:30. But apparently even a voicemail system isnt in place. Check this out. 7 years ago I pawned several items there including a Sony DVD player. Since we had two more, When it came time to get it, I let it go. My wife was in Japan for 4 months. When she came back, she asked where the DVD player was. I told her I pawned it and let it go. She said she had $1,200 in Japanese Yen cash hidden in it. When they checked it to see if it worked, they must’ve found it. When I called them the manager played the stupid card. I should’ve sued them. My wife is Japanese. She ain’t ever lied either. They can keep the damned item for all I care.
