My grandpa went to this to this bank at the drive-through to deposit a check and his license got lost because an employee mixed it up with someone else’s. The employee lost his ID! This is ridiculous!!!!! I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else because the hassle to get him a new ID was insane. My grandpa made an appointment with DPS & wasn’t able to be seen until three weeks later. For a whole month my grandpa was without a license. The whole situation SHOULD NOT have happened to begin with. Employees need to be responsible and stop being so careless when handling important items. This bank needs to DO BETTER!!!!
My hubby & I were interested in opening up a CD investment in our home bank , Chase. We tried to do it initially by walk in but theyāre too occupied on Saturdays so I said ok weāll try next time.
That next time was on a Saturday too & sadly, they donāt have anyone available for the CDs. We were advised to make an appointment and the senior lady took our number & told us someone will call us. We told her they can book us for the 21st but thereās no call nor any shadow of that call she promised!
I had to book online for the 28th of September. We were able to talk to a banker Angela and she took our info but she advised us to get a complimentary financial advice with another banker, assuring us Javier even if heās not scheduled on Saturdays, she said sheāll have him come. We agreed and she scheduled us for the 5th October, sent a calendar appointment & I accepted.
Come October 5th & upon arrival, NO Angela & No Javier. Instead, we were talking to that senior lady again told us Angels called out sick, no Javier either as heās not scheduled on Saturdays. The senior lady said they tried to call me during the week but I didnāt get any of it, nor even a short voicemail.
So in conclusion, DONOT do your banking here! THEYāRE NOT INTERESTED & seem donāt want our business!

The lady that checked us in said it was gonna be a 30min wait, after 30 mins they told us the wait is gonna be a bit longer, after waiting for over an hour they told us that their appointment is coming in and cannot take us. Ridiculous, and a waste of time. If they didnāt have availability they should have just told us!
This gets three stars instead of one because while the wait times and closures were unnecessary and excessive during COVID, the employees were at least friendly and professional. I have no problem with the people here. Its just the corporation itself that seems to make horrible decisions.
I’ve have had to start coming to this branch during COVID shutdowns. My usual branch closed their drive thru all together about a year ago for no reason so of course they were shut down immediately when this happened. Then my second choice had wait times of an hour and a line of cars literally around the block before it was shutdown completely without notice or warning. And now they are closing hours early for the one that remains operational at all. Why?! You have already closed down the lobbies so it’s not like your employees are coming into contact with the general public. I am sure your employees could use the income from a full day’s work during this time. And clearly, there are many customers who still need to be able to conduct their business and now aren’t able to. So they will have to wait until Monday making the lines even longer when your bank decides to let us conduct our business.
