    I have been with First Convenience Bank for almost a full Ten years. I moved out to San Antonio last year and I was looking for a branch to use. The staff is friendly and polite. The major plus is that it’s located inside of the HEB plus it is the closest to where I am staying.

    Is there a way to give zero stars? We’ve never had issues with this location before until today. We’ve had an account here for over 4 years……. today One of our staff members went in to get change, 1’s and 5’s for 20’s exchanged. Eric Castro decided we needed to provide our account number today, this is not a typical request. He could have asked another identifying question but FAILED EPICALLY to look for a solution that would help our business and our customers. We will correct our end but unfortunately First Convenience Bank wasn’t so convenient because Eric needs more training on problem solving. It’s a shame, such a simple thing to do to keep customers happy.

    Manager gives the rudest looks. You can tell she hates her job, long wait for no reason. By far the worst location for this bank. I’d rather take a extra 15 minute drive to the south side to get better customer service

    The manager named Genesis treated me as a costumer so bad that I will NEVER be coming back. Even if my life depended on it. She just took too long to do a simple transaction that was for a 100 dollar bill. Not just that she acted like I was a criminal or something.

    Worst bank ever. They don’t credit back overdraft fees as a courtesy unless its BANK ERROR and even then they’ll only credit 1. (How is it a courtesy if its a bank error, that’s called making it right.) No matter what time I call their customer service line, there’s a 30 min hold time ALL THE TIME. The message on there says due to Tax Refunds, but honestly that message is on year round. I know because Ive called many many times throughout the year. They are not Customer Based at all. Ive stayed with them because I hate to up and change all my established accounts, but Im BEYOND fed up with this bank. First National, you are losing 6 accounts, 2 business accounts, a loan, and an auto loan.
