1 teller, 15 customers in line …all these old people in line watching videos with the volume up all the way because they can’t hear…this is unbearable. Please hire more tellers so we don’t have to be tortured in your bank
Every time I go to use the ATMs something is wrong with it
Put up a sign that they are temporarily closed, with no indication of it’s just for a few hours or several days. If you’re closed, update that on Google Maps. Unfortunately can’t get a money order online.
Super disappointing to see it’s open online, try to run an errand on lunch, just to drive out and see it closed. I don’t even know if I should try again tomorrow or next week.
The worst place. Manager was browsing things on internet while pretending to be in phone meeting. I wanted to open a business account and the guy told me it will take minimum two hours. I was like what? I have all the docs you need. He said I am new and my manager will have to sit with me to open it. Also, I have another appointment in few minutes so schedule tomorrow.
They didn’t have even another person to help people. Another lady who dressed poorly was running around printing. Seemed like she jumped right out of bed.
I looked around and the branch is a mess. I hope someone from corporate takes a notice and brings a change.
This branch location has by far been the least helpful in their customer service support for customers. I’ve been dealing with the same bank representative for over two weeks and he has yet to help find a solution for me while my brother’s disability money is sitting in an account on hold because of his inability to do his job. His incompetence has caused a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration. I quickly went to a new branch and they fixed my issue the SAME day!! Please don’t waste your time here.
