Service here has been going down for a while. I don’t know if the workers are to comfortable with each other, but they’re chatting with themselves and their usuals instead of serving customers. They forget stuff constantly, ids, giving info to customers, etc. Used to be my favorite pawn shop around, but they really need to shape up

Every time I go in I am greeted by my name which shows that staff appreciate their customers. And willing to help me with the items I’m interested in by going above and beyond to helping me get the best deals. The whole team is always accommodating and very responsive to all my questions.
