It’s a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and Security First CU (San Benito branch) is that kind of bank. They’ve always shown me kindness, respect, and a friendly smile. I can’t recommend them enough for all your banking needs, you won’t be disappointed! Mr. George Gonzalez was always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars indeed.
I’ve had so many problems with this bank. First, when I received my debit card, it worked about 50% of the time. I later got a new card and the problem was fixed. I now live out of the area. I have not used my account and they have been taking money out from my account for my account being “dormant”. They’ve made it very difficult to get my account out of the dormant status. Needless to say, I’ll be happy when I absolutely cancel my account and don’t have to deal with them anymore.
Maria Gonzalez, Cassandra are ALWAYS friendly, courteous and efficient. Under the leadership of Luis. THIS Saturday was pretty busy, but, this team was ready for the task.
