I have all of my accounts at First Federal and even got my first mortgage loan with them. I have always had good experiences and the staff has been kind, efficient, and understanding of my needs.
Phones lead to nowhere, I am not sure they quite know what they are doing. It cost almost 100 dollars a year to bank with them. Yet they claim they add to the community.
I would give them a minus stars, but I can only give them the lowest rating. 😔
