Great, local bank. The atmosphere is comfortable and the lending staff is very friendly and helpful!
I had an issue with my debit card working and they reached out to the vendor I was trying to purchase through to resolve the issue. Their app is also great, works with a fingerprint scanner.
Update: The issue below has drastically improved, notifications of scheduled maintenance has been a huge help.
The mobile banking app is constantly down and has been up and down randomly throughout any given period through the day for over a year now. No warnings on maintenance of app nor notifications of it being down either.
Other than that this bank has provided me with everything I need and always friendly.
