So since this is a bank, and since my time with this bank, they can not face their bills in their atm, which looks unprofessional. They can barely keep their site running without having issues, all of this because hiring incompetent people and rejecting people with a bachelors for a teller position
Terrible hours if you have a real job. They also basically close down for two hours around lunch everyday. Website and app are constantly down. If you enter a wrong password on the app or website 3 times your account gets locked and cannot be opened until a human (during their terrible hours) unlocks it again. Incredibly frustrating to do any kind of business with
Their online banking showed me my balance was available. It was green. So I made a purchase and had a bill come through. They charged me an over draft fee and refused to reverse it even though their online banking system showed it as available. I was told it would be reversed. Then I was called back and told that I was wrong and they wouldn’t be reversing it. I asked to have Cindy call me and she never did. Their online banking system is constantly having issues and the whole bank itself went down completely and I had to pay my rent late at the beginning of February.
They know me one one always helped me w whatever need I have. Thet all know me by my name and treat me w respect and care. Kim and Bree are great loan officers. And everyone there is great. Best bank I ever had
This is the most crooked thieving bank in existence, They’ll take your loan that you have @ 4% interest and when you’re in a bad situation trying to pay lawyer fees to get your kid back they offer to help by refinancing your loan too give you 1500 bucks and then jack your interest-rate up to 27%. It’s literally the most messed up thing that somebody has ever done to me I wouldn’t bank at this bank if they offered me $1 million. They take advantage of people in desperate situations And screw them out of literally over $11,000 in interest. My truck was paid down too 8k and
After two years of pain on this after refinancing it’s at 14,000 it’s disgusting
