Anytime I need to call this branch I get someone from another state or country. I was told if they don’t answer in three rings we get costumer service from anywho in the US. I’ve tried in several occasions and at different times. I never get through to a local employee.
Have tried going there multiple times in the last 5 months, always closed even during their posted hours, the lobby and drive-thru. We get the covid/staffing stuff but it has been this way for about 2 years now. Strongly considering a different bank
I wouldn’t even give them one star it’s required to leave one to leave a review. I waited in the bank drive up to cash a check for 30 minutes. The woman just continued she couldn’t get me the money to cash my check because the employee with the valet key to cash check didn’t come to work on time. After 15 minutes she offered to cash it & get the to cash the check because we had been waiting 15 minutes. We than waited 15 more minutes to cash a check.Where than we where told to leave & try again later. Very disappointed in the bank, the staff & they’re very unprofessional
Once again I’m left with no bank branch to make deposits with. Doors locked, lights off, no one in the building. I happen to enjoy all the staff at this branch, bbank.
siness is business, and I can’t work with a bank that isn’t open for business. I am going to suggest my company switch me to another local banl.
Their hours don’t allow for people that work a Monday-Friday schedule to be able to bank here.
Posted Drive-through hours are 10-4. I was there at 1 pm and they weren’t open.
