Horrible. Long line but only one teller working. Waited more than 30 min for depositing one check. I bet the people after me ended up waiting longer since line getting much longer.
Scheduled an appointment through my mobile app to open a new account. Everything went smoothly. Received the new card by mail in just 2 days.
The front person is seating is very rude never help whenever we go he tell us lot of excuses. I request management to transfer him and give us better services. I went for credits card issue and give me no logic answer and said come back after 6months. I am using BOA for last two years. Need pls.
Worst customer service of the lady on the left side of cabin old lady ,she just need some rest not work as she wasn’t in the mood to give right service to the customer she wasn’t in the mood to make new clients to the bank ..it was seems by the way she was talking how much she was in a hurry to leave ..horrible service by her ..bank is good just they have to replace with good employees.
