What a shame man! I went to this BRAND NEW bank and was not greeted properly…What happened to service with a smile and serving customer ?????I’m guessing it was because I was in my work clothes……I asked if I could get change for a 100 bill and was asked if I was a customer..I said I wasn’t and was told they “Usually dont do that.” I said ok and walked out. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted to open an account!!! I will stick with good old-fashioned 1st Convenience Bank in Belton!!
03/23/21. Hello! Thank you for the additional training to your employees. When something is wrong it is addressed. I am giving 2 stars for Horizon Bank providing more training to its employees. The guy who said I was crazy doesn’t even know me or the experience I had that day.. I wouldn’t want any advice from a local guide like that!!!
