I give credit where it is due. I’ve had great experiences with the bank over the years. I only had one bad experience, but the manager contacted me via phone and helped me to set it straight. I truly appreciate that. Thanks for the great customer service!
I had an awful experience with a teller named Genelle. She didn’t count my money out to make sure she had cashed my check for the correct amount. She rolled her eyes at me and had a horrible attitude with me. The other tellers have good customer service but Genelle has an awful attitude
Terrible service and just overall bad banking here. They are sneaky so be careful.
