I came to this Texas City location because I work right down the street from them maybe 15 mins or less. I got here at exactly 4:59pm a few cars in the parking lot one particular car stood out to because of the children in the back seat and the engine still running so I said I could be in luck got to the door it’s locked smh a lady customer was walking out she said ” they told me I had to leave because they were closed”…. Wow the customer got into to one of the other vehicles that was parked so I left….my thing is this Tdecu used to be a good credit union I remember them closing at 6 in the drive thru this is such a inconvenience. I’m to the point where I’ll take my money and bank else where
It’s a good credit union with a wonderful staff,,, but why bother to be open for 2 hours on Saturday. For some, it may be the only time to get there, for those who work 9 to 5. Who wants to plan half their weekend to a credit union which is …
This bank has improved its customer service. A year ago I had a serious problem, I was leaving on 45 South, too much construction. I was stuck in traffic for around 45 minutes. It was so difficult get with them.I visited recently this bank and they took great care of me, all your staff. I congratulate all the staff! It is also the bank that lends you more money and gives you facilities to have a loan.
While I’ve experienced decent customer service at this specific branch, the tele customer service team is horrible. They have the worse customer service agents I’ve met. I was on the phone with a member and was confused so I kept asking questions only to be told, well it’s either you make a payment or not it’s your credit report it will impact when I’m simply trying to gain information. I wish I had written down her name but she was extremely rude. Their fraud department is also terrible and needs to be updated especially with new access to online payments and use. This is the only bank I receive any issues with when it relates to fraudulent charges
