I have been banking with SOUTHSIDE for approximately eight years. Hope has always been a big help to me personally and for my company. She always makes herself available and she always does whatever she can to help me work through whatever problem I am having.
I have been working with Hope for over 6 years. She is the best in the business and by far the sole reason I have stayed with Southside. I utilize her for multiple business functions and she always come through with a quick response and assistance!
I went in about a year ago to open a business account and Hope was so amazing – explained everything thoroughly but was efficient with my time and got me taken care of! She made sure I had her contact info for the future and I have had a few questions or requests along the way but she ALWAYS helps me out the day of or even within a couple of hours.
