Be weary of unlawful requests for social security numbers. They’ll ask you to write it on paper for them without a privacy policy (federally required) and with no promise of secure storage. They’ll refuse service if ask to be held responsible for personal information. Very sketchy place.
Excellent costumer service.These people are amazing and wonderful costumer service.ive never been to a pawn shop that was friendly and lend you some money.I was broke needed some money and I went all over waco and they DiD not want to lend me some money on my instrument….My Lord these guys help me and treated me special…I Found out it was a family business and I am happy and I will tell my friends and everybody to come here..God bless you all at express pawn.
I am in town training m, and went in to sale a Kate Spade purse, and I was told they don’t take them. Which is fine, but when I looked around there were Walmart back packs for sale!!

The Pawn Express in East Gate Plaza in Bellmead, TX. is the worse pawn shop u could ever visit. The staff are great and very friendly, but as far as what deals they give you is CRAZY. You could go in Pawn Express with something new (and for sake of argument) expensive and they will just come at you from left field with the lowest low ball price they can offer you and won’t haggle at all. Even if you have the one item you pawn biweekly to help you through your week the price stays at the same low ball price. Believe me…. If you have the gas money go on down to EZ Pawn by the Brazos on Waco Dr or hit 35 north to the pawn shop next door to Home Depot. Other than friendly staff the place really BL*WS!
Very clean, well organized but it’s the customer service that wins it for me. They are knowledgeable about what they have in their store and very very helpful! Got a great TV at a good price and a few HDMI cords all in good working condition.
