I was so frustrated because my new job stated last minute that my processor on my desktop was not correct on Friday. I needed a new desktop by Monday morning. I called EZ Pawn & they said come on in. When I got there Orion assisted me. He was so helpful & patient. I showed him my requirements & my issue was resolved. I hope he knows how appreciative I am & that I am filled with joy. Thank you so much again Orion, you’re truly awesome!
I will always miss Artis being the manager but the new manager Michelle is so sweet and kind. All of the employees there are so nice and we will talk during a transaction like we’ve been friends for years especially Will and Orion! I lost income and got ill but I couldn’t afford payments for my psvr2 so Orion and Michelle decided since i have $70 in rewards they will remove it from pawn and sell it back to me at a discounted rate, (its currently in layaway) that is above and beyond. Plus when i couldn’t afford a layaway payment they held it anyway until I could afford to make a payment! Thank you everyone there!!!
Most employees are very nice and respectful but one employee Will acts like he don’t want to be there and don’t want to help the customers. Sometimes you have to wait in line from 15 minutes to an hour to be waited on. Your best employees are Michelle and Holly
Will is AWESOME!!! I needed a cheap computer screen ASAP and he hooked me up big time! The ones in the store weren’t in my price range so he went ALLLLL THE WAY to the back of their inventory and dug up this awesome one for a great price. He’s always great to work with, I highly recommend!
