Cindy is a very sweet and friendly worker. I tripped on air the other day and all my coins fell out of my container. She put her things aside to help me pick it all up despite how busy she was. She also helped me fill out my deposit slip as well.

First time I’ve visited this branch as I don’t live in Wylie but wish I lived closer because the teller Cindy was the most delightful and cheerful person I’ve ever dealt with. She said she was new and in training but helped me with my transaction quickly. In the world we live in now, a smile and good attitude go a long way!

I loved Viewpoint Bank. When Legacy Texas took over there was never a problem. Prosperity come in and we are constantly texted (phishing scheme vibes style) about potential fraudulent chargers. I literally called the google number for my branch to confirm, but upon hearing my request was transferred to a bank on the other side of the state! I got disconnected on the transfer back. I had 1 card problem with the past company. They called me directly, cancelled my card, and told me they were sending a new one all in a single eight minute call. So far this morning we has gotten a sketchy text, talked to a sketchy guy, been told our card is disabled but a to stay on the line to get a new card one, been on hold, agreed to a call back when our place in line was up, called to real bank, been transferred, been transferred again and disconnected. So after half an hour, at best we have a cancelled card and no hopes of a new one, and at worst we are being robbed blind right now, while unable to contact anyone at the actual bank. Similar phone tag issues just a couple months ago… may be time to shop for a new bank. The communication is abhorrent, my trust in them and security I feel with them is minimal, and customer service is pretty much non-existent.

I tried to switch out a torn $100 bill for a clean one (which banks always do) and the lady at the drive through said she “doesn’t feel comfortable doing it” because I do not have an account here. I have done this many times. What can they possibly lose? They obviously can test its authenticity. I have actually thought of opening an account here as it is right by my house, but after this bizarre account, I will not do so. Bank elsewhere folks.

Not sure why your mobile deposit took forever, but it caused a reverse charge on a debit that I had coming out of my account. Not happy. Capital One makes their mobile deposits available the very next day at the latest. Also, I deposited a cashiers check and instead of funds being available immediately, it shows “pending” on the app. Really rethinking my business account with you guys. Turns out the guy who did my cashiers check deposit didn’t know their policy which is waiting a few days for a *cashiers check* to clear. He was in his right mind considering the fact that a cashiers check is like *cash*! But noooo Prosperity Bank is still on 80’s banking era. He was wrong in the info he gave to me. And turns out I was wrong in the bank I chose for my business. So antiquated. Going back to CapOne where the people are rude but the banking is on par with the year we’re living in.
